A layer of 304 grade stainless steel, thick gauge aluminium and induction compatible stainless steel ensures your food is evenly cooked and is just the way you like it.
METALLIC SAFETY PLUG- When the temperature or pressure of the cooker rises beyond the safe level, due to insufficient water or food particles clogging the vent tube, the safety plug will melt to let out steam.
GASKET RELEASE SYSTEM When there is excess built up of pressure within the pressure cooker, the Gasket bulges out through the slot present towards aside in the lid of the pressure cooker. The pressure gets released out through the opening on the lid.
GAS AND INDUCTION COMPATIBLE- Use it on a gas stove or an induction cooktop as per your convenience because the cooker is compatible with both.
